What is your Cancellation Policy?

We understand the needs of our travelers so if you need to cancel, let us know at least 5 hours ahead of time. No charge to you! But after the 5th hour, all cancellations are non-refundable.

May we tip the drivers?

Yes, of course! We encourage tips! You may tip your driver in cash during a ride or through the JamRides Platform. All tips are given to the Driver in their entirety. Note that driver tips are not incorporated into total ride costs.
